Shea Gardner is a Certified Trauma Informed Mindfulness and Yoga Teacher and Co-Founder of Maroon Village (501c3) living in Gary, Indiana with her family. Shea holds her MEd in Trauma & Resiliency. A Survivor herself dedicated to sharing the practices of mindful movement, breathing & meditation to heal and transform stress & trauma. From private sessions to large group classes, workshops and trainings, Survivors to Student Athletes, Shea works with all ages and backgrounds connecting and creating community with a heart centered purposeful presence.
