Release the Rage Workshop

This workshop, led by the Mixed in America Identity Specialists, we’ll be unpacking the triggers behind our anger as mixed-race individuals, exploring the deep ancestral roots of our rage, and learning somatic practices to help us navigate these powerful emotions.

A sacred space to FEEL, EXPRESS, and TRANSFORM the rage of the mixed experience...

As mixed-race people, we are often taught to be “grateful,” to “keep the peace,” to blend in”, to smile through the discomfort of being misunderstood, questioned, and othered.

But what about the anger that lives beneath it all?
The rage of erasure.
The grief of never feeling fully seen.
The exhaustion of constantly explaining who we are.
The fire inside us that’s been suppressed.

This workshop is a space to finally let it out.

Together, we will:

  • Honor the sacredness of our anger—recognizing it as a valid and necessary response to injustice.

  • Release the rage held in our bodies through guided somatic practices, breathwork, and vocal expression.

  • Connect with other mixed-race people who understand the complexity of holding multiple identities.

  • Transform our rage into power—turning what has been heavy into fuel for liberation and self-love.

This is a space of non-judgment.
Your rage is welcome. Your tears are welcome. Your laughter is welcome. All of you is welcome.

This workshop is included in the Mixed in America Membership!
